InsureClicks is a free insurance plan comparison service. We connect U.S. consumers with licensed independent insurance agents who represent every major carrier in their state. Our agents help you compare plans side-by-side, run subsidy calculations, verify your doctors and prescriptions are in-network, and enroll in the plan that fits — at no cost to you.

How we make money
The agents in our network are paid by the insurance carrier when you enroll — never by you. The monthly premium you pay is identical whether you enroll directly with the carrier or through one of our agents. There is no markup, no enrollment fee, no service charge, and no obligation.
Why this works for consumers
Calling a single carrier's 1-800 number gets you that carrier's plan, and only that carrier's plan. Their representative is paid to sell you their plan. Independent agents in our network represent every major carrier — so the recommendation you get is the plan that genuinely fits, not the only plan they sell.
For Medicare specifically, this matters most: same-letter Medigap plans are federally standardized, so Plan G from one carrier covers exactly the same benefits as Plan G from another. The only meaningful differences are price and the carrier's history of rate increases. We compare every carrier in your ZIP code on those factors so you make an informed choice.
Our editorial principles
Our content is reviewed by licensed insurance professionals before publication and updated when federal or state regulations change. We follow these principles:
- Accuracy first. We cite official CMS, IRS, and Medicare.gov data for premiums, deductibles, IRMAA brackets, and enrollment dates. We update the page when CMS publishes 2026 (or future-year) numbers.
- No carrier bias. We don't accept payment from carriers to promote specific products in our content. The "Best of" lists are evaluated on price, rate-increase history, financial strength rating (A.M. Best A or better required), and member experience.
- Honest tradeoffs. We tell you when whole life is the wrong product for you, when short-term plans aren't real coverage, when a high-deductible plan is the wrong fit. The agent commissions on the products we don't recommend are higher than on the ones we do — we still recommend what fits.
- Plain language. Insurance is complicated enough without jargon that obscures what you actually get.
- Compliance. Medicare lead generation, ACA marketplace enrollment, and life insurance sales are regulated. We follow CMS marketing requirements, ACA navigator/agent disclosure rules, and state insurance department requirements in every state where we operate.
